Activities at All Saints'

Bellringing. We have five bells rung by a dedicated team who ring for us before each Parish
Communion and Family Service and on other special occasions. The ringers practice each Monday evening.

Welcoming. A member of the PCC visits all newcomers to the village, delivering a four page
'Welcome Pack' giving information on the church, leisure, library, sport, medical , school and other
local services.

Information. Every household in the village receives a free copy of the monthly church newsletter
'The Link'. This covers services, news and information on fundraising events, and applies to the three
parishes of the North Moreton, South Moreton and the Astons.

Church News is also covered in the quarterly village newsletter.

Fund Raising. The Fete is usually held in May. It is very much a village affair and the PCC is
immensely grateful for the united effort which produces such a large contribution to our Parish Share.

Other fund rising includes a Gift Day, occasional concerts and displays, all held in the church.

The Hall is owned by the church but run by a separate village committee which works very hard
to sustain it as a self financing facility. It has recently been renovated to modern standards.

Work Day An annual October event when villagers turnout to clean and tidy church and churchyard.
